A Jab Molassie J’ouvert Jam, yeah definately! So King Kong Disco from Hamburgo, Germany finally implemented the plan to do a Soca concept mix that exclusively deals with a very special cultural aspect of Carnival. Talking bout all the dirty stuff. Playing J’ouvert, paint, mud and powder, fake blood, you name it. This mix was done as collaboration with the Germany based mas band Jab Jab Posse. This group of masqueraders is spreading joy (and terror) as Blue Devils at continental European carnivals like Berlin or Rotterdam for instance. King Kong Disko is part of this performance group for quite some years now and thus very much involved in celebrating the whole Jab Jab thing in Europe. In this lively jam, we feature all our favorite tunes that deal with the topic of playing J’ouvert and Jab Jab. Unlike the typical Soca thing, where mixes usually deal with the carnival season of a specific year, this one features music reaching from the late 90s to the present. Classic Trinidad J’ouvert Jams, iron sections galore and lots of wild and scary Grenada material.

 When people heard Root a Pacifica, they got in love with the sounds, richness, and beauty of the afropacific music from the black communities of Colombia.

Ironically this album is released while Colombian people celebrate their battle of independence, while the minorities are struggling to exercise self-government, and usually sovereignty, over their territory.

Fortunately the Latino Resiste Crew could capture, compile and share the whole movement; as it needed to be exposed outside the south american paradise, so it could be redefined by NY's Banginclude and many other people like him.

The album drops 6 Bangers which flirt from dancehall to dembow, heavy bass and latin moombahton, while keeping the Pacific heritage of Gualajo, chirimia, marimba, and Choco's rawness.

Freeload Time with Latino Resiste, DJ Orion and Mexicans with Guns

First come Latino Resiste, this time featuring the Mexican underground scene, which right now, is leading not only a music revolution, but also fashion and even lifestyles. I personaly only miss the Tijuana Scene on this release.

To get together the best of Mexican Underground scene, Latino Resiste got Mexican Underground Authority: BOOTLEGUMACHINE, as the Official selector and Caballo joining him. The Album, entirely donated by the artists,(in the case of M.I.S and Erick Rincon, the songs were grabbed from Free Releases); you will find original releases done for AZTLAN, although we would like to do special emphasis to this releases in terms of uniting the whole Mexican Underground scene, everybody under one shelter!! You will find from CAIFANES dubstep, or Mariachi drum n bass, to reggae, 3ball huarachero, or Nortec to Mexican rock, hardcore, Dance or moombahcore.
