Once again the Soulforce-Crew teamed up with UKs finest TIPPA IRIE to release this Digital EP after the 2007 Orange Juice Breaks project. In the 80's Tippa developed the "Fast Chatting" style with his partners and the famous Saxon Soundsystem. 20 years and a bunch of releases later he is still one of the best DJs worldwide, one of the best songwriters in Reggae business. On this EP you will find the brand new track "ALL THIS MUSIC" on the Marcus Garvey Riddim alongside three BRAND NEW Remixes to some of Tippas classic tunes...

Jamaican Dancehall Artist ALLEY CAT and UPLIFTMENT INT’L announce the release of their first Mix-CD. The Mix “The Imperial” combines classic anthems of the 90s with material of his 2003 release "The Imperial" and his latest album "Dancehall Knowledge Vol.1". Selector FLO transformed all of that into a brilliant and entertaining 40 minutes mix to show what ALLEY CAT has to offer. Of course it’s not just tunes but mostly dubs we’re talking about here… For all of you who are not familiar with the Artist here is a short introduction: ALLEY CAT originates from Tivoli Gardens, Kingston/Jamaica and made his way into the business via Donovan Germaine’s Penthouse and Dave Kelly’s Madhouse labels. His breakthrough hits are “Girls Tour” and “Hot Gal”. In 2003 he started his own outlet “Imperial Productions”.

The digital Dancehall Reggae started up in the early 90s. Some Soundbwoys say that it was the hotest era of Reggae Music. This Mixtape features some of the big Riddims of this time and some newer Tunes, because of allways today this is a big influence to the Reggae Producers. We don´t play some superhits on the Filthy (Heads High Mr. Vegas) or Bambam (Murder Chaka Demus & Pliers) or Poco Man Jam (Boom Wha Dis Burro Banton) Riddim but we have lots of legendary British and Jamaican artist chatin on the Joyride, Fever Pitch, Arab Attack, Heat, Mama Riddim and manymany more. Listen carfully !!

This is a recording made by the RebelRock Crew of a very cute Tippa Irie Soundsystem Show in Frankfurts Mokambo in October 2007. The versatile DJ rocked the House backed by Saxons Mickey Boops. This was two days after smoking restriction in german clubs and Tippa be sure -> We don´t like Bushweed over here.
